Perception Systems
We build software that gives machines spatial awareness. LiDAR processing, depth estimation, 3D scene understanding, and sensor fusion — deployed on real hardware in real environments. Our work in this area includes diffusion-based scene completion and sub-centimeter camera localization.
ML Model Development
Custom model architectures trained on your data. We handle the full pipeline: data processing, architecture design, training infrastructure, evaluation, and production deployment. Specialties include generative models, cross-modal distillation, and point cloud learning.
Robotics Engineering
Sensor integration, control systems, teleoperation, and autonomous operation. We write the software layer between your hardware and your intelligence — from servo drivers to high-level planners. We work with ROS 2, RealSense, Jetson, and custom actuator systems.
High-Performance Inference
When off-the-shelf tooling is too slow, we build custom. GPU-optimized inference pipelines, quantization schemes, and deployment to constrained devices. We have experience with custom inference engines for both CUDA and Metal.
AI-native development
Our engineering workflow is built around AI-assisted development. We use Anthropic's Claude Code as our primary development environment — from architecture design through code review and documentation. This lets a small, senior team operate at the throughput of a much larger one without sacrificing depth.
